The pet that is in need of veterinary attention and does not get it, THAT is CRUELTY. The person that kicks and beats his dog or cat, THAT IS CRUELTY. Studies have proven there is a direct link between DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and ANIMAL CRUELTY.
